Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis. This role requires active involvement across the entire HR cycle, including drafting job descriptions, managing recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, fostering employee engagement, handling employee relations, and overseeing offboarding activities. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in human resources and be capable of independently managing daily HR operations in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and update job descriptions and job postings to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage recruitment activities such as screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the organization.
  • Plan and support employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and productive workplace culture.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and employee files in compliance with company policies.
  • Handle offboarding procedures efficiently to facilitate smooth employee exits.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the HR department as required.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
  • Perform additional HR-related tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees and management.
  • Demonstrated professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:

  • Basic knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws is an advantage.
  • This is a full-time onsite position.
  • Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5PM.
  • Competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 37,000 to 42,000.
