Job Description:

We are offering a paid internship opportunity for fresh graduates or students pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in core HR functions, recruitment processes, and employee engagement activities. Exceptional performers may be offered a permanent position after successful completion of the internship.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job openings and screening resumes
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and organize employee records and databases
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Help in planning employee engagement activities
  • Maintain attendance records and assist in basic HR reporting
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all HR tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Eager to learn and contribute in a professional environment
