Job Description:
We are offering a paid internship opportunity for fresh graduates or students pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in core HR functions, recruitment processes, and employee engagement activities. Exceptional performers may be offered a permanent position after successful completion of the internship.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job openings and screening resumes
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and organize employee records and databases
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Help in planning employee engagement activities
- Maintain attendance records and assist in basic HR reporting
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all HR tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Basic knowledge of HR practices is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Eager to learn and contribute in a professional environment
