About the Role

NEX Consulting is seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Specialist (Outbound) with proven experience in the healthcare industry. This role focuses on outbound lead generation, initial client engagement, and qualification of medical practitioners, supporting business growth across multiple healthcare service lines.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into broader healthcare practices while maintaining high ethical and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate organic and inorganic leads of medical practitioners through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels
• Conduct initial outreach to introduce company’s healthcare services clearly and professionally
• Accurately record all activities, contact details, follow-ups, and outcomes in internal systems with clear remarks
• Qualify interested prospects and transfer them to the Closer using approved internal processes
• Maintain transparent, ethical, and professional communication with all prospects
• Demonstrate a strong learning mindset to expand knowledge across healthcare practices, including:
  • Virtual Assistance (VA)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Credentialing
  • Medical Billing

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in outbound sales within the healthcare industry
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and client-handling abilities
• Ability to manage outbound activity volume while maintaining data accuracy
• Minimum education requirement: O/A Levels or Intermediate
• Prior experience engaging medical practitioners is preferred
