We Are Hiring – Sr. Tele Sales Agents (Medical Billing)

We are looking for Senior Tele Sales Agents who have experience in Medical Billing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Healthcare BPO, or US outbound sales campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to US-based healthcare providers, clinics, and medical practices.
- Promote and sell Medical Billing & Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain strong follow-ups and client relationship management.
- Accurately update CRM with call logs and client details.
- Understand US healthcare billing processes, insurance claims, and medical coding basics.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in US outbound tele sales (Medical Billing campaign preferred).
- Strong command of English (spoken & written).
- Experience in Healthcare BPO / Medical Billing / RCM Sales is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work in night shift (7 PM – 4 AM).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude.
